Life is about integrity, service, empowerment and the greatest gift of all is to love and to be loved.

I have over the past 3 months realised the throws of long hours hard work. Which has been very satisfying hoarse I am craving other things.

The key is in balance. Learn to do first things first. Organize a life of importance and balance it all.

Lots of love ole fellajfletchspeakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00563548550221505597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2881120338407881519.post-28382470867675438972011-03-08T01:18:34.697-08:002011-03-08T01:18:34.697-08:00mate you gotta hand your cards in, otherwise you w...mate you gotta hand your cards in, otherwise you will be too hard to beat..... 102 at mangawhai is not an indication - golfs a game of rules bro...

keep up the insight fletchPodgoranihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04751466045116573964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2881120338407881519.post-17602600287486289672010-08-30T02:45:51.469-07:002010-08-30T02:45:51.469-07:00It's a tough job, teachers have so many hats t...It's a tough job, teachers have so many hats to wear and the hardest toll can come at home. It is interesting that the Nat Testing concept has been postponed.Guess I am not surprised after attending the seminars. The pushers & movers of this debacle have not got their nuts & bolts screwed in.
Thnk god we can concentrate on making the new curriculum something that will be sustainable & purposeful for the future.
The release time concept is a good one.. will reflect on this. Funny we are not hearing this moaning from the low decile schools either (- and if we are honest there is no prize for guessing who will be looking worst if results do get published) coz in schooling improvement we've been doing our testing in the same week and moderating across the cluster for a number of years.
Anything rushed through is bound to have some flaws, but there are better ways to spend money than endless committee meetings for the next few years.
I reckon the primary schools should have learned from NCEA and concentrate on agitating for some extra release time to go with this. From our cluster experience we know that the moderating of results takes time and some more CRT to allow this would be great.
How was the movie? And the sports day too....Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16486794203463798461noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2881120338407881519.post-23539854205731328862009-06-01T00:01:39.442-07:002009-06-01T00:01:39.442-07:00crusaders, old post but you were on the money.

Where are you off to?
In my opinion, the reason that 5 year olds can give it heaps is because they trust you and your team to provide them with a safe environment in which to take risks. If the classroom environment is as safe emotionally and intellectually, they will continue to take risks, supported by new staff learning and the new curriculum. Lets move on from the mantra that the only way forward is that prescribed by national testingAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10256630898819624871noreply@blogger.com
